Lies and Bullshit

Full of Lies and Bullshit.
All goes dark when the moon’s lit.
Those who yearn to impress and fail,
I empathize with the most.

Seeing the awkward lies of a stranger,
helpless and desperate posing no danger,
put a smile on my face.
For I also seek attention.

Of course I mustn’t lie,
aside from acts of love,
those who reside above,
and those who wish for lies.

Honesty performs understanding.
Lies lend a hand to conversing.
Perhaps we are too demanding
of misguided rehearsing.

Of fantasies.
